PFS-80 High-speed Paper drinking straw making machine including paper unwinding, gluing, twisting, cutting, conveying and collecting units, equipped with 7 pcs round knives to cut off paper drink straw on line. It is suitable for making 3.5-12mm outer diameter paper drink straw. Meeting Food grade production standard.

1. Stable, simple transformation principle, maintaining-free design, reduce maintaining frequency during operation.
2. High speed: paper feeding speed of 120 m/min, maximum tube exit speed of 80 m/min.
3. Networking:m product collection industrial 485 bus, industrial Ethernet bus, wireless wifi network, 4G network: decentralized control system.
4. Intelligent: centralized monitoring, the monitoring center monitors the running status of all equipment in the workshop in real time. Production data can be introduced into the user's ERP system to facilitate production data collection.
5. Use intelligent equipment to monitor the running state of the machine in real time. In case of equipment failure, the manufacturer's engineer is automatically notified, and the engineer performs remote diagnosis and repair.
