PF-OC100 Full Servo Motor High Speed Paper Cup Making Machines is adopts the most advanced blank shuttle & rotary placer mechanism, replaced traditional up and down movement suction feeding way to avoid paper move problem. Rotary placer mechanism pick and put paper more stable, which ensure the paper feeding to cup body sealing part more smoothly and steady. Full servo driven technology throughout the entire machine. Servo drives work independently to control each station with remarkable accuracy and work together to coordinate the synchronized motion. It replaced the market almost gear/ chain transmission and cam design paper cup machine. It provides flexibility, speed, affordable capital cost and low maintenance. Machine speed is 140-160 pcs/min.
